I have been practicing psychodynamic psychotherapy for 20 years. Although I believe firmly in the ability to heal through talk, there have been times when I searched for other methods that might facilitate my clients’ emotional growth. As hypnosis is becoming more and more known as an extremely useful tool in the treatment of many issues, I have added a specific technique, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy™ to my practice. Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy™ is a technique which includes traditional hypnosis, NLP, Ericksonian techniques, gestalt techniques, Reichian analysis, and cathartic energy work.
